Made of 100% natural solid java wood - each chew is unique
Mini size is 2-3" on average - great for puppies and minis
Standard size is 5-6" on average - great for tweenies and standards
We’re confident in the quality of all of the products we source, and we’re sure your dachshund will love them. However, dog toys are not 100% foolproof or indestructible, so please exercise caution in use and don’t leave your dachshund unattended during play.

We ship to 48 of the 50 United States, with the exceptions of Alaska and Hawaii. Unfortunately, we can only deliver to physical addresses and therefore cannot deliver to PO Boxes, and we do not deliver internationally at this time. Orders placed by 4PM EST will usually ship within 1 business day. Expedited orders will normally arrive within 2-4 business days, and standard shipping orders will normally arrive within 4-8 business days. We provide free standard shipping for all orders of $75 or more. All other orders ship for a flat rate of $7.95 (standard) or $14.90 (expedited). We hope that you and your doxie will love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes items don't work out! We accept returns on unused and unworn (try-ons are ok! Real wear and tear not so much) products within 30 days of delivery. That said, it is important to us that all of our customers, and especially their dachshunds, are 100% satisfied with our products. If you are not happy with your order or experience any issues with your product, please reach out to us at help@witzig.com so that we can help. If you would like to start a return, you can visit witzig.com/returns and the system will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to send your item back. Once your item is received, a refund or exchange (your choice) will be processed. Disappointed second time around.

I purchased two Java woods when my pups were a couple months old. I was so pleased that it differed the pups from eating my trim and drywall! They loved them! I praised the Java wood on all my FB Dauchshund pages. One finally started to splinter off, after 5 months. I ordered a replacement and within two days it was splintering off. Maybe they are not sooted for mature jaws.

My only question....does eating the wood off hurt them? They are tiny pieces that fall off when they are chewing. My doxies each have one, but they do actually switch once every few days. Is definitely their go to for chewing. But b4 reordering would like my question answered.

Big hit!

Got this for my teething mini puppy and it’s a BIG hit! She has been going for this regularly since it arrived in the mail - because of the texture it’s also deterred her from chewing on house items she shouldn’t. So so pleased with this product!!

Favorite Toy

My almost one-year-old dachshund puppy loves this wood chew! She carries it around with her and chews on it daily. It is the only toy that I feel completely safe with her having because she just can't destroy it like regular toys that she pulls out all of the stuffing or impales the squeakers. Thanks for such an awesome idea!
